I acquired my flat more than one year ago.
The acquisition was inclusive of a private parking place.
One year later I am still waiting for the management company to provide my parking place.
Is somebody in Cymric House in the same situation ?

No, was never promised that, but there doesn't seem to be too much of a problem with parking spaces being available. Who did you go through?

I do not know what kind of purchase you did for your apartment.
In my case I acquired the flat plus a private parking place.
There are no parking problems for the moment but the managing company is selling parking places to external offices and in the future things could be different.
In any case the selling value of our properties will also depend on the availability of a private parking place.
